Privacy Policy

CogniVita is built to work without an account. By default, your game scores, progress, streaks, settings, and Memory Vault entries are stored locally on your own device (in your browser or app storage) and never leave it. We cannot see this data.

Creating an optional account (email and password, or a one-time email login link) lets you sync across devices and use caregiver features. When you sign in, we store, via our authentication provider (Supabase):

• Your email address and authentication credentials.
• Profile information you provide (such as display name).
• Progress and scores you choose to sync, and, if you enable them, caregiver relationships and shared reports.

You can use the entire app, including all games, without ever creating an account.

Voice navigation and dictation (in the Memory Vault) use your device’s built-in speech recognition through the standard Web Speech API. Audio is processed by your device/browser to produce text; CogniVita does not record, store, or transmit raw audio. The microphone is used only while you actively start a voice feature, and you can decline the permission at any time.

If you subscribe on our website, payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle), which acts as the merchant of record. We do not receive or store your full card details. The mobile app does not sell subscriptions.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or ad tracking.
• We do not build advertising profiles about you.

We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand overall usage and improve the product.

You are always in control of your data:

• Local data: use Settings → Reset All Data to erase everything stored on your device.
• Account data: if you have an account, use Settings → Delete Account to permanently delete your account and all associated server-side data. You can reach this from both the website and the app at cognivita.ai/settings.

CogniVita is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
