Track specific moving targets among identical distractors. Based on the Multiple Object Tracking (MOT) paradigm by Pylyshyn & Storm (1988), a benchmark measure of sustained visual attention and attentional capacity.
1. All circles appear, and some flash yellow as targets.
2. All circles turn identical and start moving. Keep track of your targets without losing them.
3. When movement stops, click the targets you were tracking.
4. Complete 5 rounds and your accuracy determines your final score.
The MOT task reveals the limits of your attentional spotlight. Most people can reliably track 3-4 objects simultaneously. Hard mode pushes beyond this limit.
