Garden-path sentences are grammatically correct but temporarily mislead you into the wrong interpretation. Read each sentence carefully, then answer the comprehension question to prove you parsed it correctly.
Example: "The horse raced past the barn fell." Most readers initially parse "the horse raced" as the main clause, but the actual structure is "The horse [that was] raced past the barn fell."
